Every class is created with care and intention. My focus is always on safety, presence and sustainability, not pushing, rushing or forcing.
This is a space to pause, reconnect and explore your capabilities. To challenge yourself gently and receive the many benefits Yoga has to offer - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It's a moment each week to step out of the noise and come home to your breath, body and inner self, setting you up beautifully for the week ahead.
