I used the meditation designed for pre - interview or exam nerves from your you tube channel. I noticed the terrible butterflies in my stomach that were sabotaging my interviews and was able to calm my mind 20 mins before the interview. It went brilliantly. I was relaxed and focused and the butterflies had gone. They said it was their best interview of the day and offered me the job the same day.

I had some experience of mindfulness before I started the course but your sessions gave me the time to practice and understand the concepts more fully. I particularly liked the idea of taking mindful moments during the day and when in nature, walking etc. The course has also helped me navigate the ups and downs of having two uni students studying from home and also working from home myself.

I have been on so many courses because I have been caring for a very, very traumatised child and the placement had to come to an end. I was devastated.
