We are now officially Zoom friendly for trauma informed and trauma recovery support for individuals and groups that cannot visit in person.

Mindfulness / in daily life and professional life / parenting therapeutically

  • Mindfulness Based Living Courses within your community or in specialist settings run over 8 sessions either face to face or online via Zoom. (Online course Covid response discount currently offered)

  • Mindful parenting support.

  • Individualised trauma informed coaching / mentoring sessions.

  • Taster sessions and Webinars.

  • Training within the social care setting, emergency services, veterans, and more.

Independent Social Work

  • CPDC training for practitioners in a social care setting, including Foster Carers and Adopters is available in many trauma informed subjects from Attachment and deeply therapeutic parenting / ‘parenting in the moment’ approaches to Child Protection and Safeguarding.

  • Independent Social Work services. These services are currently unavailable due to high demand and a 3 star rating on BASW. TTM is looking to train others to be able to share referrals for this work. Contact us if you would like information regarding personalised coaching for SSSC Registered independent workers who wish to enhance their personal practice in compassion based relational work, Capacity Assessments, Form F Assessments, ADM and Panel work, Court Assessments.

  • MBLC or MBHSC course (online or in person) + manual/reflective journal - £175 per person

  • Mindful mentoring (independent supervision scaffolded by mindfulness techniques) £75 an hour.

  • Individual trauma informed coaching - £75 per hour + travel

  • CPDC day course - £600 + travel & expenses.

  • Live online meditation and group mentoring sessions £20 a month, £204 a year, or full community memebrship with additional resources and benefits £295 a year.
